GERD FROESE Peacefully, with his family by his side, on October 11, 2004, Gerd Froese passed away at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 78 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Edith; children, Ursula (Antoine), Richard (Anna) and Norbert (Bethany) grandchildren, Amos, Guilleaume, Nadia, Paul, Nicola, Emily and Gabrielle; brother Edgar (Shirley) Froese; cousin Arnold (Christa) Froese and many other family and friends. Gerd was predeceased by his first wife Erica. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Otober 15 at 11:00 a.m. at First Mennonite Church, 922 Notre Dame Ave. If friends so desire, memorial contributions in Gerds honour may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee, 134 Plaza Dr., Winnipeg, MB R3T 5K9.
